Board and Lodging

Conference will be held at Polat Erzurum Resort Hotel (5 stars) in Erzurum. Accommodation of a standard class rooms (1,2-bed) and full board for all participants is offered in Polat Erzurum Resort Hotel/at Erzurum A free bus shuttle between the hotel and the venue of Conference site will be available.

The registration fee paid entitles everyone to participation in all conference events. Within the registration fee participants will receive:

Accommodation (3 nights);

Transport from hotel to conference site and back;

Conference party, lunches and suppers from June 25 to 28, 2018;

Conference coffee and tea at breaks;

Conference materials, book of abstracts including;

Social programme – Technical trip and Conference dinner.

Cancellation and refund:

Cancellation of participation must be send via e-mail to before June 10, 2018 for a full refund less the bank charges 50%  No refunds are available after June 10, 2018.


The Conference fees DOES NOT include provisions for the insurance of participants against personal injuries, sickness and theft or property damage. Participants are advised to take whatever insurance they consider necessary.
